Today, as I'm writing now, Kuala Lumpur is back to normal after yesterday's demonstrations gone a bit untidy due to unnecessary actions by the authorities. The demonstrations were organized by NGOs' and joined by the opposition parties including the ordinary citizens which basically called for clean and fair elections. The outcome of yesterday's demonstrations resulted more than 1000 were arrested and 1 dead which was uncalled for if handled properly. In Kampong Baru Kuala Lumpur where our Lodge is located nothing much happened because almost the whole area was sealed off by the authorities and economic activities were at injured snail pace. Now its as busy as usual with lots of traffic movement...to be continued...
Hari ini Kuala Lumpur kembali sibuk seperti biasa selepas demonstrasi kelmarin yang sepatutnya lancar tetapi telah menjadi kucar kacir akibat dari tindakan yang di ambil oleh pihak berkuasa . Akibatnya lebih 1000 orang di tangkap dan 1 mati yang sepatutnya tidak terjadi sekiranya di awasi secara berhemah dan berhati hati. Di Kampong Baru Kuala Lumpur tempat Penginapan Bajet kami keadaan mulai sibuk seperti biasa setelah kawasan keseluruhannya di tutup lalu lintas oleh pihak berkuasa...bersambung...
